[pycrypto] Once again: Python3 with PyCrypto

I get it now. Pull requests. I had not used github before. This is nice 
stuff.

Project's been forked. I will continue to work on it until I think it's 
good, and then issue a pull request.

To those who wanted a pycrypto on 3.x, can I encourage you good folk to 
git clone https://github.com/yorickdowne/pycrypto.git and give it a 
thorough whacking? Please feed back any issues you find, as well as 
successes on platforms other than Win7-64.
