Thanks. I've found an old copy of Visual C++ Toolkit 2003 and augmented 
it with SDKs. I can build and test against Python21, now. If that ever 
gets too cumbersome, I'll definitely fall back to the Linux method. It 
sounds a lot cleaner.

On that note: The recent commits check out against Python21.
