[pycrypto] PyCrypto release plans

Accordingly, I have moved the git repository from:

     git://git.pycrypto.org:9419/crypto/pycrypto-2.0.x.git
to
     git://git.pycrypto.org:9419/crypto/pycrypto-2.x.git

Please update your working copies.  I updated mine by editing my 
.git/config file.
